there's not really much to tell about fast food restaurants I mean they're all the same. Is there a pretty much the same food the tables are always dirty the restrooms definitely dirty. The only difference is some more than others.if you're looking for a quick bite to eat it's always good place to stop by. I mean at least the food doesn't make you sick.

I use the drive thru about once or twice a week and service is usually excellent but lately they've gotten my orders messed up (missing items, wrong items, no receipt, etc). When I bring the problem to their attention it gets fixed promptly but I am getting very frustrated with the drive-thru crew.

The young lady at the window was rude and she forgot part of my order I had to run out the car and come back to ask for it. To make matters worse she didnt even apologize. She ignored us when we asked if everything from our order was in the bag and she just did not seem like she wanted to be at work.

We have been to this Burger King (drive through) at least a dozen times in the last 6 months, and I'm not sure if they have ever gotten our order right. I'm not kidding. Forgotten sauces, missing chicken tenders, sausage instead of bacon, absent onion rings, etc. The food is OK, but they really need to work on a system for getting customer orders correct.

Longest drive thru wait ever, about 12 minutes minimum time wait from order stand to window pick up. It's almost like they wont make your foods until you give them the money. The way all the workers move seem like they dont even want to work there!

Every time I go in their either my food is wrong or something wasnt put in the bag I think they need employees that can follow a screen I know it gets busy but u should also take a minute and slow down so u dont get return orders this has happened to me at 3 diffrent locations they play on their phones or stand around and talk

Ok, I admit that I just went here to try the impossible burger. I haven't been to a Burger King in years before this. The impossible burger was amazing, by the way. Anyway, this location was super clean, even the bathrooms. So that's a thumbs up, too.

This Burger King in Orland was the worst!! First the poor cashier was the ONLY individual working both the register and the line! She was in tears! The grill was broke so they couldn't serve any of the burgers that had gotten ordered! I asked for a refund of my whopper, yes all I ordered was a whopper with cheese and onion rings! The manager on duty was just plain awful!! Not sympathy for her worker nor the customers! I will NEVER go into that Burger King again!!

Was on my way to Taco Bell, but ended up going through the drive through to try the Impossible Whopper. My Uncle told me it was good. Got the large with Onion Rings. No napkins, and no sauce. Plus, now I am have an upset stomach. And I am the type of guy that can eat just about anything, with no issues. Not worth the $10. Never eat there again
